Resident Artists Program
Resident Artist Program
The Resident Artist Program offers a stimulating learning environment for advanced, self- directed students and recent graduates to experiment and explore their passion for clay. It is our intention to provide a supportive creative atmosphere for emerging artists to take their work to the next level. The program encourages artists to work as a synergistic community to accelerate their personal and professional development in the ceramic arts.
Qualifications
The Resident Artist Program is a great opportunity for artists who are looking for time, space and resources to experiment with new techniques while creating a cohesive body of work. Qualified candidates are capable of working independently, while still appreciating the benefits of group interaction. Artist qualifications are not just considered by quality of work and artistic merit. The program suits those who are self-directed, motivated, community oriented and have energetic willingness to work hard at routine studio maintenance as well as helping students and instructors.
